Legal Business Associate - Senior:
- Salary range: $80,920 - $184,210
- Full-time position
- Tax and Legal Business Services
- 3+ years experience in legal and/or technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (in person 2-3 days per week)
- Travel up to 50%
- Client management, delivery, solutions, support, project management, cross-functional teaming, people development, and business development responsibilities
- Participate in the development of team members
- Assist with project management tasks
- Ability to obtain one of the following accreditations: CPA, attorney, enrolled agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, procurement/legal procurement, SAS® certified data scientist, or paralegal certification with a 4-year degree
- Experience with legal and/or technology solutions such as contract lifecycle management, document extraction and wrangling, data management and analytics, and software support
- Ability to work with various applications
- Advanced degree in relevant field preferred
- Experience with template rationalization and harmonization, guide or playbook creation, and design of contracting processes a plus

Qualifications:
