A law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Wage and Hour Class Action Associate Attorney to litigate worker rights violation cases and develop legal skills through mentorship.

Job Overview:

The Wage and Hour Class Action Associate Attorney will fight for clients' rights against large corporations, taking significant responsibility in litigating cases while receiving mentorship from award-winning attorneys. They will draft legal documents, develop litigation strategies, and represent clients in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations.

Duties:

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Develop strategies to litigate wage and hour matters in state and federal courts.
• Represent clients in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations.
• Develop persuasive research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Take significant responsibility in managing a docket of cases.
• Work collaboratively with a litigation team.

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Superior analytical and legal research skills.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
