The candidate will provide legal advice, conduct research, negotiate on behalf of clients, and handle workers' compensation law cases. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of labor and employment law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice to clients
  • Conduct legal research on various issues related to labor and employment law and workers' compensation law
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
