Duties:

• Represent clients in insurance defense matters, primarily on bodily injury and first-party/bad faith claims.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy development.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations as required.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal legal teams to achieve litigation goals.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on insurance-related matters.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in insurance defense law.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a legal team.
• Willingness to go above and beyond to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Prior experience in insurance defense preferred.
• Law and motion experience is considered a plus.
• Motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Currently licensed to practice law in Arizona; additional licensure in other states is a plus.
