Salary information: The base salary range for this position in Los Angeles is $228,000 - $357,390 annually, with potential for additional bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location.

Experience information: Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school, with membership in good standing in a US State Bar. Deep understanding and substantial experience in employment law, preferably with experience in private practice and a corporate legal department. Experience with trial or binding arbitration is a plus.
