Duties:

• Provide legal advice and support to clients on matters related to private equity fund formation.
• Draft and review fund documents, including limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements, and offering memoranda.
• Assist with the structuring, negotiation, and execution of fund transactions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on investment fund regulations and compliance issues.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex fund-related matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their legal needs and concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments affecting investment funds.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and related fund operational matters.
• Strong understanding of investment fund structures and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Education:
