Duties:

  • Conducting document collection and review processes.
  • Organizing case materials and maintaining meticulous records.
  • Responding to discovery requests in a timely and effective manner.
  • Drafting pleadings, law and motion, and other legal briefs.
  • Collaborating with legal teams on case strategy and client representation.
  • Utilizing document management systems such as Relativity and Opus2 for efficient case handling.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in general business and real estate litigation.
  • Excellent academic record with a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Strong research and writing skills, demonstrated through past work or academic achievements.
  • Extensive knowledge of document management systems, particularly Relativity and Opus2.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
