A law firm located in Lake Oswego, OR, is seeking a motivated and skilled Litigation Associate Attorney. The successful candidate will join our team and focus on various litigation matters, contributing to the client's legal needs.

Duties:

• Work on a variety of litigation cases, including legal research, case analysis, and document preparation.
• Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and provide legal support.
• Conduct client interviews, depositions, and witness interviews.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Litigation Associate Attorney.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and tasks.
• Proficiency in working both independently and as a team member.
• Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• License to practice law in Oregon.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Oregon.
