  • Strong understanding of Delaware workers’ compensation laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
