Orange office of our client seeks an attorney with 5+ years of experience in finance. The candidate will draft and negotiate complex commercial transactional agreements, ABL, term loan and commercial real estate mortgage debt, finance accounts receivable, and lines of credit. Experience in commercial real estate is preferred. Experience financing buildings and businesses is also preferred. CA Bar admission is required.
