The focus of this role is on asset-based lending, including tech lending (such as recurring revenue financings), acquisition and other leveraged financings, and venture lending. The ideal candidate should have significant transactional finance experience, excellent academic credentials, strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills, and must be a member of the California Bar. Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in various finance transactions, with a primary focus on asset-based lending.
• Handle tech lending, including recurring revenue financings, acquisition, and other leveraged financings, and venture lending.
• Conduct legal research and analysis, and prepare transactional documents.
• Collaborate closely with clients and senior attorneys to develop effective legal strategies.
• Stay updated on developments in finance law and regulations.

Requirements:

• Law firm experience.
• Significant transactional finance experience.
• Membership in the California Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California Bar.

Skills:

• Proficiency in transactional finance matters, with a focus on asset-based lending.
