Duties:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and other related issues.
• Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions to clients.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Arizona.
• Proven experience in handling high-conflict, high-net-worth family law cases.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:
