This position is available at various locations, including Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Seattle, Denver, Rancho Cucamonga, and Pasadena, and offers the option to work remotely, hybrid, or in-office.

A Day in the Life of a Real Estate Tax Manager/Senior Manager

As a Real Estate Tax Manager/Senior Manager, you will provide tax advisory services for clients in the real estate industry, including technical guidance, consulting, and compliance services. You will also act as a firmwide resource, coordinating with internal stakeholders and clients on all phases of tax engagements with a focus on complex real estate taxation issues. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing new real estate tax developments, assisting in the management and delivery of client projects, and contributing to internal and external thought leadership pieces, technical training, and webinars. You will also be responsible for developing business by expanding existing client relationships and maintaining personal networks.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, and a valid CPA, EA, or . license. You should also have at least 7 years of tax experience with an emphasis in the real estate industry, including providing technical research and advisory services. Experience providing tax advisory services to real estate owners, developers, and investors is preferred, as well as extensive experience with real estate transactions and complex tax issues related to the industry. Excellent communication, public speaking, research, and writing skills are also essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Eide Bailly offers competitive and equitable pay, with a salary range of $95,000-$210,000.
