A law firm is seeking a Senior Real Estate Associate Attorney in Denver. The attorney should have an interest in all aspects of real estate development. They will ideally possess experience in the acquisition and disposition, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate. Familiarity with land use, zoning, and land development approvals is a plus. Key attributes include excellent oral and research skills, effective communication with clients, and the ability to manage small-to-mid-sized matters efficiently.
