Duties:

  • Conducting legal research and analysis related to bankruptcy matters.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including bankruptcy petitions, motions, and pleadings.
  • Assisting in the preparation of bankruptcy cases, including client meetings and court appearances.
  • Collaborating with bankruptcy partners on case strategy and client representation.
  • Staying informed about changes in bankruptcy laws and regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in business bankruptcy matters.
  • Knowledge of bankruptcy laws, procedures, and court rules.
  • Bankruptcy litigation experience is a plus.
  • Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Certification in Bankruptcy Law is desirable.
