  • Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients on real estate matters, including regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient and effective representation of clients.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings related to real estate transactions.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of diverse transactional real estate experience.
  • Significant knowledge of all aspects of purchase and sale, borrower-side financing, and joint venture transactions.
  • Robust experience in a real estate practice, preferably from an established Big Law environment.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with other team members and clients, demonstrating ownership of projects.
  • Top academic credentials, including a JD from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
