A law firm in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Attorney to represent clients in legal proceedings, draft legal documents, and provide legal advice to individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate will possess a . from an accredited law school, active Bar membership in Arizona, strong research and analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and preferably experience in civil litigation, real estate, business transactions, or estate planning.

Duties:

• Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including court hearings, negotiations, and mediations.
• Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, pleadings, and briefs.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of legal matters.
• Conduct legal research to analyze issues and provide accurate guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective representation for clients.
• Maintain communication with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their cases.
• Handle tasks related to case management, including scheduling, filing, and record-keeping.
