The ideal candidate should be admitted to the California Bar and possess 1-7 years of legal experience in either a law firm or in-house setting. Duties:

  • Collaborate closely with the firm's established team of litigators.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing parties.
  • Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions.
  • Represent clients in labor and employment legal proceedings.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and records.
  • Meet annual billing requirements and pursue bonus opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Admission to the California Bar.
  • 1-7 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
