The ideal candidate will have a federal clerkship background, exceptional academic achievements, superior writing and analytical capabilities, and experience in Electronic Discovery and federal court writing. This position offers the opportunity for meaningful involvement in ongoing litigation cases on a national scale.

 

Duties:

  • Engage in complex commercial litigation cases with national significance.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Participate in discovery processes, including Electronic Discovery.
  • Represent clients in federal court proceedings.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategies.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-10 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
  • Federal clerkship background preferred.
  • Superior academic achievements.
  • Exceptional writing and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience in Electronic Discovery and federal court writing highly desirable.
  • Active law license in good standing.

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active law license.

 

Skills:
