Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and transactional support in equipment finance, general finance, and corporate transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various transactional documents, including loan agreements, security agreements, and lease agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and provide analysis on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external parties to facilitate transactions and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Handle due diligence processes and assist in structuring transactions.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of North Carolina.
  • Preferably, 3+ years of transactional experience, with a focus on equipment finance, general finance, or corporate transactions.
  • Strong understanding of commercial law principles and contract drafting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Active license to practice law in the state of North Carolina.
