Requirements:

- 5+ years of legal experience
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- Prior experience as counsel in the automotive industry preferred
- Transactional drafting and negotiation experience for commercial agreements
- Detail-oriented, customer-obsessed, and able to make decisions in ambiguous situations
- Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent

About the Team:

The Corporate Counsel for Amazon Vehicle Sales will be one of the first members of a newly formed team focused on creating innovative automotive discovery and shopping experiences on Amazon. This team is collaborating with other experienced teams at Amazon to redefine how customers research and shop for cars online. The position can be based in one of several US locations, including Arlington, VA; Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY; Seattle, WA; or Simi Valley, CA.
