  • Draft and review transactional documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on transactional matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful transactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions.
  • Experience working with private equity funds and/or healthcare providers.
  • Additional experience or a demonstrated interest in behavioral health is a plus.
  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Delaware State Bar or eligibility for admission.

Certifications:

  • Delaware State Bar admission or eligibility for admission.
