The candidate will provide legal counsel covering the entire business life cycle to all sizes of publicly traded and privately held companies, individual and institutional investors, family trusts, and other entities. Should have prior experience working on public company deals or financings and regulatory/reporting work. Must have deep experience in corporate transactions, value an environment where everyone is treated with mutual support and respect, and be a self-starter who possesses the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
