• Analyze trial records and identify appellate issues.
• Draft appellate briefs and motions, including petitions for review and responses.
• Prepare for and conduct oral arguments in appellate courts.
• Research and stay updated on relevant case law and legal developments.
• Collaborate with trial attorneys to develop appellate strategies.
• Advise clients on potential appellate issues and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Experience in appellate law.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
