Duties:

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Montana.
  • Familiarity with Federal, State, and Local Court rules.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law.
  • Strong interest in complex civil litigation.
  • Excellent research and writing skills.
  • Energetic, hard-working, and self-motivated.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn about the litigation and trial process.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
