The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school, be licensed to practice law in Montana, and have at least 2 years of legal experience. Strong research and writing skills, familiarity with court rules, and excellent interpersonal abilities are essential for success in this role.

Duties:

• Handle complex civil litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and development.
• Manage case files and deadlines efficiently.
• Attend meetings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Montana.
• Familiarity with Federal, State, and Local Court rules.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law.
• Strong interest in complex civil litigation.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Energetic, hard-working, and self-motivated.
• Experience with or willingness to learn about the litigation and trial process.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Education and Certifications:
