Responsibilities:

- Provide tax services for corporate, partnership, and individual clients
- Devise and execute tax strategies and research potential tax issues
- Prepare and review tax returns for various entities and individuals
- Build relationships with clients and participate in networking and business development activities
- Provide leadership and supervision to Tax Staff

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required; Master of Tax preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Previous experience in a public accounting firm preferred
- CPA or licensed attorney preferred; must meet educational requirements to obtain license if not already certified
- Proficient in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation
- Ability to travel to client locations and occasionally stay overnight
- Motivated to meet client deadlines and provide excellent service
- Experience managing multiple client engagements
- Strong problem-solving and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
