A law firm in St. Charles is seeking a Litigation Family Law Attorney with 3-6 years of litigation experience. The candidate will proactively manage family law cases from inception to resolution, provide superior customer service to clients, make improvement recommendations to practice managers, and manage performance metrics using practice quality software.

Duties:

• Manage family law cases from beginning to end, including legal strategy development, client communication, and court representation.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including regular status updates and case reviews.
• Offer improvement recommendations to practice managers to enhance firm efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize practice quality software to track accomplishments and client satisfaction metrics.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, and support staff on case strategy and development.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 1st chair family law experience.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Missouri.
• Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.

Experience:

3-6 years of litigation experience.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited university.
• Admission to the Bar in the state of Missouri.

Skills:
