H2: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive legal counsel for corporate, commercial, privacy, and regulatory matters related to Wolters Kluwer's Corporate Performance & ESG business unit.
- Structure, draft, negotiate, and manage various agreements, including customer agreements, vendor agreements, and strategic partnerships.
- Stay updated on significant legal developments and work with the Global Law and Compliance Department as needed.
- Manage outside counsel in a cost-effective manner and promote standardization and automation of tasks.

- Educate business teams on contract forms, best practices, risks, and internal review procedures.
- Support M&A, regulatory, employment, and litigation teams.
- Perform assigned tasks and projects as directed by leadership.

Salary Information:
- Target salary range for locations in CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $112,000-$156,650
- Target salary range for all other locations: $100,800-$141,120
- Bonus eligibility: Yes

Experience Information:
- Bachelor's and law degree (.) required, with admission to practice law in the state where the assigned office is located.
- 2-5 years of corporate/commercial legal experience, with experience in both law firm and in-house settings preferred.
- Strong legal acumen, analytical skills, and understanding of privacy laws and regulations.
- Excellent drafting and negotiating skills, as well as communication and change management abilities.
- Integrity, ethics, and a proactive and energetic approach to tasks.
- Ability to handle a heavy workload, work with a demanding client group, and push for change.
- Willingness to travel when necessary.
