Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a highly experienced Litigation Of Counsel to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will primarily manage various aspects of litigation cases, including communication with clients, supervising associates, drafting legal documents, and contributing to case strategy development.

Duties:

• Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Supervise associates and guide as necessary.
• Work with experts and assist in fact development and depositions.
• Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Contribute to the development of case strategy.

Requirements:

• . degree and Bar admission.
• 8+ years of litigation experience, preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Experience with product liability and/or complex commercial litigation.
• A background in science (MD, MPH, PharmD, Epidemiology) is required.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Experience with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry and clients preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Academic background from nationally recognized schools.
