Tax Senior - Real Estate Tax (Central Region Office Locations) - $68,180 to $144,300

Position Summary:

- Seeking a Senior Tax Consultant with experience in partnership allocation methodologies, Subchapter K, and tax compliance for real estate funds
- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge tax technologies for major players in the industry
- Recruiting for this role ends on June 1, 2024
- Work within an engagement team and provide tax compliance and consulting services to investment management clients
- Responsibilities include performing reviews, coordinating with clients, and training and supervising tax staff
- The team consists of over 2,800 professionals providing a range of services to Investment Management companies
- Must be able to work within a hybrid work model and travel up to 25% as needed

Qualifications:

- 3+ years experience in tax planning or preparing work papers and tax returns
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Must have or be willing to obtain a CPA, attorney, enrolled agent, CFA, or CFP certification
- Basic understanding of Subchapter K, partnership allocation methodologies, and tax compliance for real estate funds
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
- Preferred: Advanced degree, virtual or global work experience, and experience with ASC740 accounting for income taxes
