Duties:

  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy development.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation and strategy.
  • Maintain communication with clients to provide updates on case developments.
  • Attend court appearances and proceedings as required.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
  • 3-7 years of litigation experience in state or federal court.
  • Experience in public entity defense litigation is preferred.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in depositions and trial advocacy.
