Job Title:
Private Client Advisor II

Experience:
• 12+ years of private banking or complex financial services experience OR minimal equivalent of a bachelor degree

Salary:
• $100,000-$150,000 per year

Job Description:
• Responsible for new client acquisition, deepening client relationships, and retention of clients
• Leads the client management process and partners with other teams to provide a branded client experience
• Develops an understanding of clients' needs and provides integrated recommendations for wealth management
• Encourages adoption of digital capabilities to enhance the client experience
• Builds relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence

Responsibilities:
• Drive new business development for target client segment with $3MM++ investable assets
• Present a holistic approach by leveraging the entire Private Bank platform to clients
• Advocate for clients and proactively engage in their needs
• Influence and close business deals
• Work with team specialists and collaborate with other team members
• Take on a leadership role within the team and business community

Required Skills:
• High touch and client-focused with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify and act upon opportunities for client engagement
• Strong sales and financial aptitude
• Skilled negotiator
• Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) required (may gain licenses after start - unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date)

Desired Skills:
• MBA or Post-Graduate Degree preferred
• CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM or JD a significant plus
