A law firm is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Attorney in San Rafael, CA, with the following qualifications:

Job Overview: The Real Estate Litigation Attorney will handle all aspects of real estate litigation cases, including legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, trial preparation, oversight of discovery, and developing effective legal strategies. The ideal candidate must possess outstanding writing skills, exceptional communication abilities, and ability to work independently.

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of real estate litigation cases
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and judgments
• Oversee and analyze discovery processes
• Develop strong and effective legal strategies
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Assume immediate independent responsibility for cases
• Complete tasks with minimal or no supervision

Requirements:

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Significant experience in real estate law litigation
• California Bar Association license
• Extensive knowledge of Real Estate and Trust law is preferred
• Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently
• Exceptional writing and communication skills

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• California State Bar Association license
