Duties:

• Assist in mentoring and guiding younger associates, following the supervising partner's direction.
• Manage cases independently, with input from the supervising partner, showcasing autonomy and responsibility.
• Take depositions and argue motions in court, leveraging extensive experience in litigation procedures.
• Conduct thorough legal research and contribute exceptional writing skills to support case development.

Requirements:

• Admitted to the California Bar.
• 4-8 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
• Preference for candidates with labor and employment experience; general civil litigation experience is also welcomed.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Proven experience in taking depositions and arguing motions in court.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California Bar.
