Colorado Springs office of our client seeks a family law attorney with 5 years of experience. The candidate will have a successful record of mediation experience. Will have significant and successful trial experience. Researching and analyzing the law on complex legal issues. Writing memorandums, briefs, letters, and other documents. Marketing the firm?s services to prospective clients. Performing discovery of electronically stored data and hard copies of information in preparation for litigation. Performing due diligence in all matters. Strong communication and advocacy skills, including competence in empathetic listening. Performs all other job-related duties as assigned. Should have established a book of business. Must have Admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the bar in the state in which you intend to practice.
