Duties:

• Handle various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, title, land use, rights of way, construction contracts, and loan documents.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on real estate matters.
• Assist in negotiations and settlements on behalf of clients.
• Represent clients in real estate-related litigation matters, if necessary.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience as a Real Estate Associate Attorney.
• Experience in commercial real estate transactions preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent academic record from a reputable law school.
• Admission to the State Bar in NM or eligibility for admission through reciprocity.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar in NM or eligibility for admission through reciprocity.

Skills:
