Glendale office of our client seeks a litigation attorney with 5+ years of experience in medical malpractice (defense and/or plaintiff) and/or elder abuse/neglect (nursing home litigation). The candidate will be responsible for: providing legal analysis and advice, preparing and filing legal pleadings and documents, performing legal research, preparing for and conducting pre-trial discovery, preparing for and conducting administrative and judicial hearings, civil jury trials and post-trial activities.
