The candidate will share in the firm's commitment to providing its clients with high-quality services in rapidly evolving areas of the law, will relish the strategic decision-making involved in litigation, including crafting litigation strategy in complex situations, and will enjoy presenting nuanced constitutional arguments in a clear and persuasive fashion. Must have significant experience with law and motion practice in state and federal court, including dispositive motions. Should also have prior experience in building a case for trial, including developing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and taking and defending depositions. Prior experience representing public entities is preferred.
