- 8+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning, analysis, and research.
- Active accreditation as a CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, or other relevant certification.
- Ability to travel up to 25% based on the work, clients, and industries served.

Preferred:

- Advanced degree such as Masters of Tax, JD, and/or LLM.
- Previous experience in a Big 4 or large CPA firm.
- Proven ability to grow and manage a book of business.
- Solid reputation as a subject matter expert in federal tax.
- Management experience.
- Experience working in a virtual or global environment.
- Passion for leveraging technology and exploring new solutions.
- Knowledge of accounting for income taxes in accordance with ASC740.
- Strong research, writing, presentation, and communication skills.
