Duties:

• Represent clients in plaintiff's litigation related to auto accidents.
• Conduct legal research, case analysis, and document preparation.
• Collaborate with clients to gather evidence and assess case viability.
• Advocate for clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings.
• Keep abreast of developments in personal injury law and auto accident litigation.
• Provide timely updates and maintain open communication with clients.
• Work collaboratively with legal teams to develop effective case strategies.

Requirements:

• An attorney with relevant experience in plaintiff's litigation.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in Alaska.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Alaska.
