Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in patent matters.
• Conduct patentability searches and analyses.

• Handle patent litigation matters, including pre-litigation counseling and dispute resolution.
• Manage client portfolios and maintain regular communication with clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and registration to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
• Experience practicing patent law.
• Proven track record of successfully managing patent matters.
• Strong understanding of patent laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in chemical/biochemical arts or electrical/physical arts.
• Experience with medical devices.

• Prior experience in a law firm setting.

Education:
