Oakland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level litigation attorney with 5-8 years of experience. The candidate will work in a broad area of civil litigation to include: employment, medical and pharmacy malpractice, asbestos and other toxic torts, public entity, premises and product liability, business/commercial disputes, trade secret, and construction defect. Should preferably have law and motion experience and some experience taking depositions. Must be a member of the California State Bar in good standing.
