  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Take and defend depositions of witnesses and experts.

  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.

  • 1-3 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts.
  • Background in civil rights, employment law, and general tort defense preferred.
