In this role, you will be responsible for leading patent licensing campaigns, overseeing patent litigation, and providing IP support to business units. - Annual base salary range of $111,000 - $210,000
- Discretionary annual bonus

Job Title:
Senior IP Counsel

Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of patent litigation or licensing experience
- Extensive patent litigation experience at a law firm
- Licensed to practice law in at least one state

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee patent licensing campaigns
- Lead patent mining and develop claim charts
- Manage offensive patent litigation
- Provide IP support to business units
- Supervise patent prosecution with a strategic focus

Requirements:
- JD degree
- Licensed to practice law in at least one state
