Broadcom Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior IP Counsel to join our IP & Licensing Division. In this role, you will be responsible for leading patent licensing campaigns, overseeing patent litigation, and providing IP support to business units. If you have at least 10 years of patent litigation or licensing experience and a JD degree, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Salary Information:
- Annual base salary range of $111,000 - $210,000
- Discretionary annual bonus

Job Title:
Senior IP Counsel

Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of patent litigation or licensing experience
- Extensive patent litigation experience at a law firm
- Licensed to practice law in at least one state

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee patent licensing campaigns
- Lead patent mining and develop claim charts
- Manage offensive patent litigation
- Provide IP support to business units
- Supervise patent prosecution with a strategic focus

Requirements:
- JD degree
- Licensed to practice law in at least one state
