Assistant Attorney General (HOURLY) - Torts Section The candidate will serve in the Tort section of the General Litigation Division. Defend state agencies and employees in state court actions. These actions include wrongful death, medical malpractice and other negligence claims. This position typically works 20 hours a week. Should be member of the Georgia Bar AND graduation from an accredited law school. Preference will be given to applicants with 2 or more years of tort related experience. Strong writing skills required.
