The ideal candidate will have experience handling and litigating complex bodily/personal injury and wrongful death cases, with additional experience in construction defect cases being a plus. The candidate should also have a strong background in taking both lay and expert depositions and possess excellent writing skills. Trial experience is considered a plus.

Duties:

• Handle and litigate complex bodily/personal injury and wrongful death cases.
• Manage and handle construction defect cases (experience in this area is a plus).
• Take both lay and expert depositions.
• Demonstrate strong writing skills for legal documents.
• Gain trial experience when required.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in civil litigation.

Skills:
