Job Duties:

• Handle general civil litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
• Manage case files, deadlines, and client communications efficiently.
• Assist with case strategy development and client counseling.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 2-5 years of experience in general civil litigation.
