A law firm in Seattle is seeking a highly skilled Construction Associate Attorney with 2-3 years of experience, emphasizing construction disputes involving lien and bond claims, as well as claims associated with schedule delay and scope changes. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal research, writing and analysis, motion practice, drafting written discovery, e-discovery processes, and the review and analysis of construction contracts. Additional experience in taking and defending depositions, as well as arbitration and/or trial, is preferred. Duties:
