  • Draft pleadings and complaints, file lawsuits, perform legal research, draft motions, propound and respond to discovery, calendar, prepare mediation briefs, and trial preparation.
  • Prepare for and attend legal proceedings.
  • Provide legal counsel in conjunction with senior associates.
  • Manage a heavy caseload, ensuring all assigned cases move forward in a timely manner and within deadlines.
  • Take and defend depositions.
  • Argue motion and opposition hearings remotely and in court.
  • Strategically litigate cases by obtaining key evidence to work up case files.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and Bar exam.
