Duties:

• Manage and execute a variety of corporate transactions.
• Provide legal counsel on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, spin-offs, divestitures, financings, and strategic investments and alliances.
• Draft and review corporate documentation.
• Conduct due diligence on corporate matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, legal teams, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in corporate transactions.
• Experience representing middle market clients.
• Strong general corporate transactional background.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
